Alumni policy is University policy
- By maintaining close contacts with her alumni, the university is able to strengthen her position within society, to facilitate opportunities for contacts between students, employees and alumni, and to receive support from active alumni, not only financially, but also in the form of advice and other services. We will actively pursue every opportunity to foster stronger links with our alumni. (Kiezen voor Talent, april 2005)
Alumni are a key area of focus for the ICS Development Office. This department of the University coordinates the activities of the LUF, the alumni associations and the University Board.
The Development Office is responsible for the communication with alumni (including foreign alumni), the organisation of alumni activities, facilitating and supporting the nine faculties, the alumni and reunion associations, the coordination of the alumni information system and the support of the Alumni Council and the Alumni Network.
In parallel with the current activities, every effort is being made to initiate and further develop additional activities and facilities. Alumni will be kept up to date with developments by means of this site, the email newsletter and Leidraad.
