Leiden University would like to stay in contact with its alumni. That is why we try to keep contact info up to date, but we would also like to stay informed about where you are working after graduation and how your career is progressing.

Moved house? New job?

You can pass on or change your information using this online contact/registration form . If you complete and submit this form, your information will be updated in the alumni database. The information will be treated in line with the Personal Information Protection Act.

What is my personal information used for?

After graduation, alumni’s personal information is automatically added to Leiden University’s alumni database. This database is currently managed for the University by the Leiden University Fund. 

We use your personal information to make sure that you receive the digital newsletter, to keep you up to date with alumni activities and to contact you about special projects and events. Faculties and university departments can also use the information to stay in contact with you. 

We use employment information when we are looking for alumni active in a particular work sector, such as when we are seeking speakers for lectures, workshops or career events, alumni with specific knowledge or for items in Alumni News. We are keen on involving alumni in current issues or to exchange knowledge with prospective and current students or other alumni.
